All menus are designed by the Head Chef with an experienced catering team and will endeavor to do its best to meet any critical or special dietary requirements. Please note that there is an extra surcharge for special and critical diets.
All meals are enjoyed in our modern dining centre featuring outstanding nature murals. It is the perfect atmosphere for groups to relax and enjoy their meals. Seating for up to 300, or intimate enough for smaller private groups. Quality and quantity are our top priorities. Tea and Coffee facilities are found at all the sites and are refreshed regularly.
A high standard of food safety according to HACCP guidelines is observed.
We can also provide a range of set menus for special occasions, such as weddings, leavers diners, awards evenings or anniversaries etc.
WEDDINGS AND FUNCTIONS
Camp Clayton enjoys a beautifully finished Dining Centre with warm inviting colours and a professional nature mural that provides a unique talking point and highlight to the room.
A modern commercial kitchen service area provides all the equipment and resources needed to present and serve high quality, delicious meals.
Group sizes of up to 300 can be catered for smoothly and professionally for most of the function menus offered in this guide. Smaller groups (under 30 people) are well accommodated for in our Private Dining Room which is separate from the other groups using our centre.
Camp Clayton places great importance on presentation, efficiency (speed of meal service), quality and quantity of food. We understand that functions are for special events and the meal experience is critical.
All function menus (except the buffet) are served to the table by the waitressing team.
Camp Clayton is an alcohol free site. No alcohol should be brought on to or consumed on site. This is in support of our youth work at Camp Clayton.

SPECIAL AND CRITICAL DIETS
All menus are designed by the Head Chef with an experienced catering team, and critical/special diets are not usually a problem for those with specific needs.
Camp Clayton will endeavor to do its best to meet your dietary requirements. We will contact you regarding your request. Please note that there is an extra surcharge for special and critical diets:
$2.20/meal for part time guests and $8.80/day for full time guests
Those with critical or life threatening diets are required to fill in our Critical Diet Form.
