Camp Clayton is a group camping and convention centre located 5 minutes out of Ulverstone in Tasmania.


CAMP CLAYTON WILL BE A COMMUNITY THAT INSPIRES, ENCOURAGES, DEVELOPS AND TRANSFORMS LIVES, BEING ANCHORED IN CHRIST.

 

We have over 200 beds available over 4 different sites according to your requirements.  Our Dining Room can cater for over 300 in one sitting with amazing home cooked meals made by our talented Chefs and team.

We have over 20 different activities to do on-site, including a Giant Swing, High Ropes Course, Flying Fox and Mini Golf.  As well as hosting private groups, our true heart is in our Holiday Camps for Youth and Children, Leadership Programs and Adult and Family Ministries

Camp Clayton enjoys a beautifully finished Dining Centre with a professional nature mural that provides a unique talking point and highlight to the room.

Group sizes of up to 300 can be catered for smoothly and professionally for most of the function menus offered

Conference and Camp planning is our specialty and staff excel at assisting groups in coordinating  their activities, venues and special needs. We aim to make your conference or camp a success. Being a ‘can-do’ team is our top priority. We have over 20 onsite activities for your group to enjoy when you stay with us.

CATERING AND DIETS

Camp Clayton has an experienced head chef leading a well trained team of chefs and apprentices in a modern commercial kitchen. Our service area provides all the equipment and resources needed to present and serve high quality, delicious meals. Most diets are no problem for our excellent team.

PEAK LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

This 11 month course is designed to train up, encourage and develop the next generation of young people to be leaders in their church, ministry and community. PEAK has have an emphasis on Christian Camping, servant leadership. Members have the opportunity to be involved in Camp Clayton’s excellent ministries, business and holiday camps, as well as 5 intensive out trips.

VOLUNTEERING

Camp Clayton is a a registered not for profit organisation and we love and appreciate the support of our great volunteers.

 

There are so many awesome ways to be involved, from helping at our holiday camps, volunteering in the kitchen, assisting at our functions and events, there is something to suit everyone!
